Use of Service

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website.

SMS Communications

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Troy Gamble through our website at www.TroyGamble.com/contact and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 425-230-3123. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive periodic messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
